Told in alternating points of view. Meryle and Lance meet up at the Tower of Glass where Arthur's mantle is hidden. Unbeknownst to them, Sir Kay is already there with a hidden agenda. As Meryle and Lance work together to find the mantle, some secrets are revealed, but only one will test and redefine their relationship.
